About CBR Kids
Our new CBR Kids Events are a chance for families to share time together and children to meet with other children playing board games in a safe space.
We want families to feel supported by the wider CBR community and engage with our future events.

As this is a new branch of the Cheadle Board Room's mission, we currently only offer pop up events but are looking to make this a permanent event.
Recently we have worked with the Cheadle St Mary's Filling the Gap events during the October Half Terms to offer. We are working to develop a team to offer additional events so keep checking CBR events for more information.
Games all day
Bring your own games to play, choose a game from our CBR Library or join in with games others have brought. You can find our event Etiquette here.

Good food and drink
We have a dedicated Upper Room café on site with lovely food and hot drinks.
Special Events
Watch out for special events including tournaments, Leagues Board Game Markets and fundraisers
Community
We are very much about building a community where people can try/ share the hobby of board games. Additional to this we want to offer support to our members via CBR Communities and the CBR Support Team
New for 2025/26: we are looking to build a Board Game library CBR and CBR Kids members can use.
